We provide consulting, training, support, and software solutions related to IBM i and open-source technologies. Service scope, deliverables and pricing are agreed in writing before engagement.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information exchanged during an engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
Invoices are due within agreed payment terms. Late payments may incur interest as permitted by applicable law. Expenses and taxes, if applicable, are billed separately.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, we provide no warranties, express or implied.

Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach not remedied within a reasonable period. Upon termination, accrued fees and obligations remain payable.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the effective date.
