Support Options

Our commitment to you is low cost, high quality support.

We offer a complete range of software support for the Microsoft operating systems, IBM i and network infrastructure support.

If your network is having problems, so is your company. Don’t get left behind.

Support Packages

No clients are the same. That’s the reason why many of our customers opt for different packages across different sites or servers.

We provide the following packages, or allow us to provide a quotation customised to your exact support needs.

Lite - Pay As You Go

Get great support without the contract. No Ties - Only call us when you need us!

There is no advance monthly fee or initial period for this choice, which offers an on-demand option.

Each time the customer opens a support ticket with us, they will be charged £25.

Time spent resolving the issue will be charged at a rate of £75 per hour or part thereof. This option is only available from Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 only.

While this does not allow for forward budgeting, it does provide the option of costs only being incurred when absolutely nessasary.

Standard

A monthly fee is paid each month & entitles the customer to 50 hours of remote support during the year. The price is dependent on the cover required.

  • 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays - £300 per Month
  • 09:00 to 17:00 7 days a week - £400 per Month
  • 24 * 7 - £500 per Month

Enhanced

A monthly fee is paid each month & entitles the customer to 150 hours of remote support during the year. The price is dependent on the cover required.

  • 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays - £650 per Month
  • 09:00 to 17:00 7 days a week - £750 per Month
  • 24 * 7 - £900 per Month

Ultra

Unlimited remote support.

This support option covers 24 * 7 support for a charge of £1,000 per month.

On-site Visits

If an on-site visit is required, will be charged at £600 a day, plus expenses. - Contract clients can use their included hours if they want.

Contract Length

For the Standard, Enhanced and Ultra packages, an advanced monthly fee is paid each month, for a minimum term of 12 months.

Misc

Please note that all prices are stated without VAT at the current rate at time of invoicing.

Remote Connection Software

FormaServe uses TeamViewer to remotely support clients, largely because of its track record of security, and that TeamViewer is deliberately designed to be unsuitable for covertly monitoring computers – allowing clients to feel safe.
